Others Dr Prof Balaji Manohar "Dr. Balaji Manohar is the Principal, Professor and Head at the Department of Periodontology, Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences, Bhubaneshwar. He is an alumni of A B Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, a Member Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow and has received his Masters in Hospital Administration from the Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. He has a teaching experience of over 20 years and has several accolades to his name like the Dr A V Vasantha Rao award, Dr I R Goela award and Most Proactive Senior Academician Award to name a few.
You will see him in the forefront of several researches and publications like Guiding postgraduate students from 2006 onwards for the degree of MDS in Periodontics, International Editor in the Journal of Nepal Health Research Council, Journal of Indian Society of Periodontology and a board member of Indian Journal of Comprehensive Dental Care. He has been invited to present at several National and International Radio Talks and Rotary Clubs. He has an extensive organizational experience and is the Honorary Secretary of the Indian Society of Periodontology and has been a part of the Indian Dental Association as the Honorary Secretary of the Udaipur branch and Joint Secretary of the Rajasthan State Branch."
